Greetings from snowy Big Bear!

The Events & Activities are below.

This week has been filled with rain and snow, mostly snow. As I sit and write this I am looking out my window at the blue skies and snow covered mountains and back yard. Social media has been posting avalanches, flipped over vehicles and even a child hit by a car that was sledding in an area right next to a busy road/highway. Please be careful if you will be driving to Big Bear.

Before I go in to the lake level, ski report and road conditions, I want to let you know that I have a pocket listing. That simply means that this owner doesn’t want it on the market formally since she has a tenant in the property so I am trying to find a buyer without disturbing the tenant and having it all over the internet. This is a commercial store front building 700 sq. ft. on Big Bear Blvd in Big Bear City with a 1 bedroom with loft and separate office area; 1 1/2 bath residence 1016 sq. ft. behind it. It has a tenant that pays $ 2,000 per month plus all utilities for the use of the home and building and she would like to stay. This seller is willing to let the properties go for only $ 270,000. Please let me know if you are interested and I will forward you more details and photos of the properties and the address if you want to Google Earth or drive by. I will show the property only to a very interested buyer so as not to concern the tenants.
