The weather has been in the low to mid 70’s this week with cool breezes and cooling down at night to mid 50’s. All the public docks are open and trails and forestry roads are open. The ski resorts have closed and all that water is flowing down in to the lake now.

Interest rates are lower this year at 3.875% for a 30 year fixed, now is a good time to buy! There are currently 392 homes on the market in all of Big Bear Valley in various price ranges and condition.
