Temperatures have been getting cooler, in the mid 70’s during the day and low 40’s at night. Rain and wind this week has brought a lot of the leaves and pine needles down. Contact me if you need service providers to help winterize or clean up.

I have 3 new listings this week all in the mobile home parks.

The first one is one block from the Village at Big Bear Mobile Estates. There is a heated swimming pool and laundry house. It is 3 beds, 2 baths, 1320 sq. ft. and has been extremely well maintained listed at $79,900. Space rent includes water, sewer and trash and is $671 per month. Electric is metered through the park. You can not rent out homes in this park and buyer must have park approval prior to closing.

The second and third are in Trails End Mobile Home Park. This is a senior 55+ park. Both are tiny homes 384 sq. ft. with a loft that is not included in the square footage. One is cabiny with full loft and the other is more modern with split loft for 2 sides to sleep. Both are offered for $35,000. Park space rent fee is $671 per month and includes sewer and trash. MARKET UPDATE: There are currently 592 homes and condos on the market. The lowest priced 3 bedroom 2 bath you can get would be $169,900 at 858 Pine, Sugarloaf and the highest priced 3 bedroom 2 bath would be 730 Tayles Point at $1,089,000. Over the last 7 days 30 homes have sold (closed escrow), congratulations to my buyers of 40015 Glenview for being one of those 30! Over the last 7 days 53 homes have gone in to escrow, congratulations to my seller of 475 Thrush 52 for being one of those sellers!
