Ready to sell? Need a price opinion? Let’s set an appointment!
Ready to start looking at buying again? The right time to buy is:
1) When you meet with a lender and they will qualify you for a loan.
2) You have the money for the down payment required for the loan.
Unless you are an investor, interest rates and market conditions are always changing, and income can change along with that and put someone out of the debt to income ratio to qualify for a loan.
Don’t wait for interest rates or other factors to buy, get prequalified today!
Please check road conditions for our highways 18, 330 and 38 prior to travelling to Big Bear at https://roads.dot.ca.gov/roadscell.php.
I will be renewing my real estate license April 28-May 1

I will be checking texts and emails in between classes and there may be a delay responding.

Housing Inventory Slowly Increasing
The housing market in Big Bear Valley typically starts going up in the Spring and the Spring-type weather we were having before this last snow storm managed to bring more listings.  We have been holding steady at around 80 homes on the market and today we have 172 homes on the market. Prices are holding steady, and in certain areas homes are still getting multiple offers, selling over asking price. Big Bear Lake and Moonridge areas are in high demand at all times and especially this time of year. It will cost more to purchase in those areas. Other areas in Big Bear Valley are Big Bear City, Sugarloaf, Erwin Lake, Baldwin Lake, Lake Williams and Fawnskin. These Cities and Sub-Cities are San Bernardino County and not City of Big Bear Lake but all located at the top of our mountain only 15-20 minutes from the Village, Slopes and Lake. There is still time to get your mountain home. If you are considering buying or selling, contact me 909-800-8909 or beckibigbear@gmail.com.
