Price Reductions and New Listings
Compared to the 80 homes on the market last year, Big Bear real estate has took a turn in the buyers favor with homes for sale reaching 394, putting us back to a more normal market. Multiple offers and going over full price are few and far between now and buyers have a lot more to choose from plus some negotiating power.
