The 4th Of July Fireworks Celebration in Big Bear, hosted by the Rotary Club, is rated one of the biggest and best shows in Southern California. The fireworks are shot from a barge off of Pine Knot Marina and views from on and around the lake are stunning. The show starts after sundown, between 8:45 and 9:15 pm.

The festivities start at 5:30 p.m., with BBQ dinner at Hog on the Rocks, live music by blues band 60 Grit, and a complimentary glass of champagne when the fireworks begin at 8:45 p.m. Dinner and entertainment is included in the ticket price. Plus, there’s a bounce house, face painting, and free hot chocolate for the kids. Just make sure to bring a chair or blanket for the fireworks show.Fourth of July Cruise on Miss Liberty Paddlewheel Boat

Ready to sell? Need a price opinion? Let’s set an appointment!
No matter what people say about prices or interest rates, the right time to buy is:
1) When you meet with a lender and they will qualify you for a loan.
2) You have the money for the down payment required for the loan.
Unless you are an investor, interest rates and market conditions are always changing, and income can change along with that and put someone out of the debt to income ratio to qualify for a loan.
Don’t wait for interest rates or other factors to buy, get prequalified today and let’s get you into a house!
Please check road conditions for our highways 18, 330 and 38 prior to travelling to Big Bear at https://roads.dot.ca.gov/roadscell.php.
Housing Inventory Increasing
The housing market in Big Bear Valley typically starts increasing in the Spring and this year will not disappoint for all of you buyers that have been waiting for a break! We jumped from 172 homes on the market in April to a whopping 273 with more coming! Prices have dropped a bit, and we are seeing less multiple offer situations in certain areas. Big Bear Lake and Moonridge areas are in high demand at all times. It will cost more to purchase in those areas. Other areas in Big Bear Valley are Big Bear City, Sugarloaf, Erwin Lake, Baldwin Lake, Lake Williams and Fawnskin. These Cities and Sub-Cities are San Bernardino County and not City of Big Bear Lake but all located at the top of our mountain only 15-20 minutes from the Village, Slopes and Lake. There is still time to get your mountain home. If you are considering buying or selling, contact me 909-800-8909 or beckibigbear@gmail.com.
