Happy Thanksgiving!
Congratulations, our Valley voted NO ON O! Vacation rentals are still allowed in Big Bear Valley! Also in this email you will find some things to do this weekend, some helpful tips and a market update, among other things… The market has declined in Big Bear a little faster than other areas due to it being a second home market. If you are a buyer, this is good news! There are several options available to get you into a home such as the 3-2-1 Buydown. I can refer a lender to you to explain.

If you are a seller, prices are still higher than they were in 2019, inventory decreases in the winter time due to the holidays and vacation rentals which means less competition.
Now is still a good time to sell!

The information provided is from the Big Bear Valley MLS.

Currently, there are 272 homes on the market in all of Big Bear Valley. Here is a more detailed breakdown:
Under $300k – 18 homes!
$301k-$500k – 75 homes
$501k-1,000,000 – 125 homes
$1,000,001 and up – 54
There are a few homes over 4 million that are incredible in the luxury market.

Tickets are $65.

There will be a carving station with Roast Beef and Turkey plus all the fixings.

DJ and dancing plus silent and oral auction.

Come support this worthy cause, 100% of the proceeds go to Meals on Wheels and our local food banks.

Please message me if you have an auction item to donate for a tax write off.

No snow expected until Monday or Tuesday. Chains ARE NOT required currently.

Please carry chains and check road conditions for our highways 18, 330 and 38 prior to travelling to Big Bear at https://roads.dot.ca.gov/roadscell.php.
